The backing papers are K & CO, I cut brother out of sky blue paper at 3 1/2" from the Jasmine Cartridge and put a black shadow on it.I finished off the lettering with Liquid Pearls in Baby Blue. The Decoupage was from my local craft shop and came in a book but I can not remember what it was called as I made these up last year. The happy birthday and cheers was a freebe I got with some papers I brought.
