The flowers on the backing paper are made of Flock, it has made a lovely back drop to this wedding card I made. The Figures are cut from Wedding cart and cut at 7'', the wording was cut from the Storybook Cricut cart. 
The Ribbon was from Ribbon Oasis and I used a Pearl Heart slider.
